What is the MOQ for custom display racks?
MLZ offers flexible MOQ. We support everything from small-batch pilot runs to full-volume production, so brands can start with a trial order and scale up as retail rollout proceeds.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Sampling takes 5-7 working days; bulk orders are delivered in 35-45 days. All processes are completed in our own 11,600㎡ factory, keeping the schedule under control.
Can display racks be customized to our brand VI?
Yes. Size, structure, color and logo are all fully customizable under OEM/ODM. We provide free 3D renderings for approval before sampling, including acrylic decoration parts, light boxes and silk-screened logos.
Are the display racks suitable for outdoor use?
Our Garden series features double anti-corrosion treatment (galvanizing + powder coating). Outdoors, service life is 2-3 times that of ordinary painted racks.
What materials do you work with?
Cold-rolled steel (1.2-2.0mm) and stainless steel as primary metals, plus cast acrylic sheets (light transmittance ≥92%) and E1-grade solid wood multi-layer board — one-stop sourcing.
Do you help with store display planning?
Yes — beyond manufacturing, we provide terminal display planning and space design suggestions to improve your store's sales-per-square-meter performance.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Racks are export-packed (pearl cotton + corner protectors + export cartons) and shipped from Shanghai to North America, Europe, Australia and 50+ countries. EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP terms are all available.
What are your payment terms and after-sales support?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We provide pre-shipment QC photos and reports; any rack with manufacturing defects is replaced or re-made free of charge.
